Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • A proof of purchase, such as an order receipt or invoice, is required for returns.
  • Customized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective.

To initiate a return:

  2. You will be provided with a return authorization and instructions for returning the product.
  3. Please securely package the item and ship it back to the following address:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after your return is received.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain products, such as custom-made or personalized items, may not be eligible for refunds unless they are defective.

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will process your refund after the returned item is received.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable unless defective:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance.”
